Full Service Management
Let us take care of everything!

Our Full Service Management option is 8% of the gross monthly rent. We offer a multiple-property owner discount of 2% if you have more than one property with us, and we also offer a free month of management services for referrals who we accept and sign up for our services as well!


  • Everyday operations include:

    • Wide marketing of available rental

    • Screening prospective tenants (credit/criminal check, references, income/employment)

    • Signing rental agreements with current disclosures and protections via C.A.R.'s updated lease agreement

    • Collection of rents and security deposits

    • Maintenance repairs

    • Maintaining financial records

    • HOA, Mortgage & Maintenance payments

  • Other services included:

    • Online Owner Portal to access monthly statements

    • Direct Deposit of monthly rental proceeds

    • Analysis of property and neighborhood rents

    • Suggest improvements for maximum rent

    • Move in/Move out inspections

    • Tenant liability insurance required and included in tenant's monthly rent to protect your rental

    • Serve tenant notices and oversee eviction services (if necessary)

    • Year end statement and 1099-Misc for tax reporting

    • No management fee during vacancies

Tenant Placement

Just need help finding a qualified tenant but want to do the rest on your own?


This service is offered for a one-time flat fee, equal to half the month's rent, paid at time of lease signing/move-in.

We will advertise, market and show your property, check prospective tenant's references and run a credit check to find the right tenant for you and then hand the property and all information over to you to manage on your own.
