Shaw Property Group, Inc. is a family owned business with a focus on residential property management and construction. Being a smaller company we are able to personally oversee and manage properties and give personalized service to both our owners and tenants. While renting in the past, and being property owners now, we can appreciate what it means to be both a tenant and an owner.
We strive to be a step above.
Tara Shaw, Owner/Broker
Tara is the founder, co-owner and managing broker of Shaw Property Group, Inc. After graduating from the University of San Diego she immediately started working in the property management field where she obtained her salesperson license and then became a licensed broker.
Tara is originally from Upstate New York and loves dogs. In additional to her bachelor degree, she also obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in downtown San Diego, and is also a licensed attorney in CA and Notary Public.
Jon Shaw, Owner & Development/Operations
Jon is the founder and co-owner of Shaw Property Group, Inc.
Jon is from Upstate New York, where he attended the State University of New York in Oswego. He helped form Creative Developments, Inc., a NY affiliate, by facilitating the buying and selling of investment properties and overseeing their investment potential.
Jon is also a licensed general contractor and co-owner of Peikert Shaw Construction Corp.
